"You're my new favorite teacher."
"Well thank you, Luis. That's such a sweet compliment. I think you're an awesome student! ... Hey Luis?"
"Yes, Ms. Huebl?"
"Why are we whispering?"
"Because I don't want the rest of the teachers to find out."
"Oh, I see."
It has been a really long time since I taught middle school students. I almost forgot how sweet they are. I think I am going to love hanging out with them the rest of the year!
